What should they do to make the game more fair for killers?
I know that it has been a issue for awhile that people have been saying survivors are much more op than killers and I'm sure there's rants somewhere on what they could do to make it more even. But I'm here asking you all, what should they do to survivors so it would be more fair to killers? What do they need to do to killers to make them more powerful?

Survivors are only OP versus killers with a SWF or a super efficient red rank team on a survivor favored map. Killer is not a suppressed role like people make it out to be. My solo queue survivor matches at red ranks on PC can testify to that. It's like a 80 percent favored to killers at rank 1 atm because matchmaking is so bad.

If they add another objective to survivors it will make solo queue survivor a nightmare, at least on pc it will. Even with Ruin nerfed the average survivor has no idea how to loop efficiently so 80 percent of my matches are 4/3 k for mediocre killer play. Idk, if this MMR system they plan on introducing will fix it, but currently it's bad, at least compared to a few months ago.

Exactly this. Against Solo Queue Killers are stronger than survivors. A group of friends who aren't the same rank is also favored for the killer. A SWF group of similar ranks will generally win vs a killer of the same rank. And there's quite a bit of smurfing going on in this game, but that's not a balance issue but it does lead to a bit of confusion regarding balance.

On a good map for killer even with a strong SWF they lose if equal skill. I've seen really good teams get stomped quick on certain maps. Hard to tell what will happen in matches because maps are on rotation and a majority of the map is rng.

and the same number of objectives?

That's because most red ranks are boosted.

Make it so survivors have acceleration (Currently survivors are moving at top speed always 4 M/S) This would make it so survivors can't 360, can't flip running one way then run another, make loops more balanced, make it difficult to reach top speed eating walls (running into wall to move slightly faster).
Tl;Dr give survivors acceleration like killers have.

I can't deny that, but so were most Red rank killers before ruin nerf. So many still acting like its impossible to play killer or hit rank 1. It's actually sad at this point to read most of the comments in here.
