Speed limiter type add-ons

So we have the speed limiter for both hillbilly and Leatherface

we recently got the padded jaws it is essentially Trapper's version of the speed limiter.

Lastly unless they've changed their minds it seems like we're going to get Wraith's speed limiter which doesn't remove his terror radius when he cloaks. ( which can have some very interesting build attached to it)

So my official question to you guys is. if you can make a speed limiter type add-on for each killer what would it be?

    IMO these add-ons are worthless, even if your goal is to boost bloodpoints. AFAIK you don't actually earn more points in a category, you just earn them faster.

    I have an Idea for Piggy:
    100% increase in devotion category.
    RBTs will not kill survivors after it triggers, it will release a laugh similar searching the wrong jigsaw box.
