Is Inner strength supposed to do this ?
I was injured and also had the deep wound status effect active and I ran into a locker with Inner strength active when the 8 seconds passed it only got rid of the deep wound timer and didn’t heal me fully.
Now in the perks description it says it will automatically heal you from injured to healthy so should I have healed up to healthy state or I shouldn’t have because the deep wound status counts as a completely seperate state ?

Deep wounds is considered a health state, so when you healed it healed you from Deep wounds to Injured
Adrenaline does the same thing

It's the same with Borrowed Time. Mend first, then go into the Locker.

Shouldn’t it heal you fully though as the perks description says from “injured to healthy” ?

Plagues pools do the same thing

Yeah, if you're just injured it would have put you in the healthy state. However you weren't injured - you had deep wounds which is one health state beyond being injured.

This is how it's supposed to work, the description is poorly written.

It isn't the injured state, so instead of healing you to healthy, it will only heal you 1 health state

Think of heal states likes this: Healthy -> Injured -> Deep Wounds (afflicted only by certain things like BT and Legion) -> Downed.
Inner Strength and any healing perk only brings you up once, if Adrenaline is in play while you are in Deep Wounds, it will only remove Deep Wounds, so get rid of that first.

This is by design of the perk, it effectively heals you one state - so if you are in Deep Wound it will heal you to injured, if you are injured it will heal you to healthy.
