Should Lucky Break not be an activated ability?
Like Dead Hard or so?
Because the moment you get hit the timer start, but usually you are still in the killers line of sight so you are just wasting time then.
I mean sure the 180 seconds is probably chosen with that in mind but still.
I feel you should be able to activate it yourself, so you can run, break line of sight, THEN activate it and get away.

That'd make that perk actually usable every now and then... For fun...

I think it would be better to just have it be a permanent effect. It's not like it's particularly strong in the first place

I would just make it permanent like Iron Will but even then this perk wouldn't be good.

Yes please, IW is permanent and possibly still even stronger the Lucky break would be. I hope we'll see such buff in the future.

My only complaint is that it just doesn’t stop when you’re not even injured anymore, and it makes me waste the perk more than I actually get to use it.

That would be cool. Or have it be permanent as others have suggested.
While we're on the topic of perks hindered by too short timers.. can Hope please get a buff?! 2 minutes is not enough time. Most of the time I use it I don't even see the killer in those 2 minutes.

Lucky Break should just be permanent like Iron Will.
If Lucky Break was permanent, Iron Will would still be better. So if Iron Will would be better and we have it as permanent, why shouldn't Lucky Break?
Just seem inconsistent in balancing that it isn't permanent but Iron Will is.

Well if Lucky Break was permanent, it would just be a superior No Mither

No Mither is 3 perks in 1 for the cost of being broken the entire game. 😁

Not unless the timer is reduced to 30 seconds. Personally, I'd prefer the 3 minutes of auto activate.

It should be permanent. Iron Will is after all, so to make this not be is a little stupid.

should be permanent but then again who tracks blood on like any map unless they a bloodhound user

Even if it was a permanent perk working all game - it would still be weak. The blood tracking is just too situational - killers hunt by scratch marks and sound mainly.
Not bleeding doesn't help No Mither most of the time for example.

Make it permanent? I don't think survivors realize how often blood gives away your position to good killers.

Either make it permanent or at least up the timer by alot.

Grunts of pain give you away a lot more than blood does but IW is permanent. I see no reason why this one shouldn't be permanent.

Do you just want to permanently take away scratch marks with a perk so we can take way all forms of tracking?
1 -
Why are you even comparing scratch marks with blood? Blood and grunts of pain are only a thing when you are injured and you can still track without them. Blood isn't even that useful except certain situations.

All used to track. I would say it's only situational for killers that lack the awareness. And if it isn't that useful why would you be pining for it to be permanent?

I did say in my first comment that I still wouldn't think this perk would be good even if it was permanent. It would make it a lot better if it was permanent but nowhere near Iron Will or any other meta perk.

I think it would be better without the ridiculous cooldown

On it's own sure, it's not really too useful, but that's not how this game works and no one seems to think about the bigger issues when they talk about balancing and powering up perks. You combine Iron Will with Lucky Break and you have a build that completely takes away a killers ability to track you in a lot of situations.
