Why is the Plague a killer?

Seriously, here story allows for many an oppertunity to make her evil.

For examples: maybe she made or spread the plague on purpose to gain rank quicker between the religious healers she was a student off.

Maybe she grew angry with her inability to heal people so out of frustration she killed those that came for her aid.

Maybe she went full Final Fantasy and desided that to end all suffering, she must end all life and started killing all infected.

But non of this happens, she is an absolute saint till the end sooo why is she a killer?

Because they dont have to be bloodthirsty evil beings to be a killer.

The entity feeds on many things, and forcing people like wraith, doctor (to an extent), and plague to live after death and continually torture people against their will is one of them.

Not all killers want to be there. That's a very big point in the lore.

Murderin' folks is nice and all, but I think devotion is more important to the Entity (hence why It is often displeased when Myers kills survivors himself).

Adiris was extremely devoted, and her blind faith saves the Entity the trouble of constant torture to keep her in line. She is more than willing to follow any command the Entity gives her, including murder.

Which does make me wonder whether certain killers are tortured more than others. If that were the case, I'm sure Myers would be tortured the most and Adiris would be tortured the least.
