Window Tek timing?
How do i window tek? Whenever i do it, i just collide with the killer's hitbox and then they smack me. I cant phase through them like how im supposed to? what part of the vaulting animation causes the killer to lose their hitbox?

I'm not 100% sure, I have problems with it too, but it looks like that you need to wait for the very last frame of the animation, when the Killer is almost standing still.

Not all killers will fall for it. It's actually really easy to counter.

If the killer doesn't move away from the window, it won't work. I've blocked many survivors trying to do this by standing still after the vault.

This exactly. The reason "window tech" works is because newbie killers tend to vault a window, and walk forward (even just a hair forward), allowing the survivor to tech them. A good killer won't fall for it more than once a game, if at all.

It doesn't have to do anything with that cause you do it right before killer finishes the vaulting animation and losses collision in that certain time

It doesn't work like that,you window tech right before the animation ends when the killer losses collision so even if they just stand at the vault it will still work.

No, it doesn't work like that. Like @drimmalor said, if you stand still, it can't be done. It's the movement.
I believe Myers can be tech'd no matter what, but other killers, no.

I basically do it when the killer's second foot hits the ground. It also has nothing to do with moving forward like others are saying, it doesn't work if the killer stands still or if you do it too early or late.

I wouldn't recommend trying it. It's never worked on me before.
