the lightweight perk should be 4 seconds, after all the bloodhound perk is 4 seconds long, they should both off set each other Hello

That's not how lightweight works.
Your scratch marks stay usually for 11 seconds, and lightweight reduces this time.1 -
Lightweight should not work on David King.

The current balance, where survivor perks are actually stronger than killers is no good.
