dead hard against nurse too good?
Nurse has to be the most frustrating killer to play at the moment, not only is she difficult although admittedly very rewarding, she's incredibly bugged and unfun. Generally though I think she's in an okay place but dead hard is a big problem. "Nah, get gud." No, you have to play around mindgames for LoS and it's incredibly difficult but when you make the right blink to land a hit they get a get out of jail card and reset the mindgames. You don't get rewarded for good play.

Just recently went against a full Sprint burst team and it felt good not needing to worry about dead hard at all. I could just blink then immediately M1.

Both Nurse and Legion suffer from Dead Hard. Nurse get's fatigued for upwards of 3 seconds. Legion gets fatigued for upwards of 4 seconds (just for missing an attack...).

If you’re trying to hit an injured survivor with Legion then you’re playing Legion wrong. Deep wounds is 12 seconds, its probably not worth the distance travelling to them to apply deep wounds. You’d be better off body blocking or getting in front then canceling Frenzy.
As for Nurse yeah DH hurts her....but then it is Nurse afterall so she can come back from anything.
It hurts Huntress more hence why she gets exhaustion add ons.

Yeah huntress having exhaustion add on especially on a brown is ridiculous.
Dead hard is very strong against nurse, but like another poster said it's still nurse so it doesn't matter too much.

I disagree. DH is basically a third health state for survivors, especially against Huntress. I don't know why people focus so much on BT/DS anyway when SB/DH are literally free pallets for survivors, and don't even have the excuse of being a defense against camping/tunneling.
Sprint Burst especially. You shouldn't be guaranteed to get the nearest god loop just because you brought a perk.

Huntress probably takes the most skill out of all killers if you look at the difference between a noob huntress and a pro huntress. You can't just use speed, you need to be good at aiming hatches especially against good survivors. You need to know what objects you can throw over or between and you need to be able to pull off those shots consistently.
SB does have people walking but either way it's a free escape for no reason.

Does it matter that a perk counters a killer? Urban Evasion counters Hag, Iron Will for Spirit, Calm Spirit for Doctor etc..

Agreed, and add Huntress to that list. Dead Hard is a free blink/hatchet dodge every time. If all 4 players have it and you get a big map, you're gonna have a bad time every time :")

Well yes but they all have counterplay or just not worth it. bringing urban evasion and calm spirit generally is not the best perk out there, it's not like you're hoping to get those killers in a trial. iron will on the other is but you can counter it with stridor. Calm Spirit can be countered as well with restraint so really every counter perk to killers you mentioned is still not big of a deal. DH against Nurse on the other hand..

I'm starting to think if Nurse had an exhaustion add-on, would it be the most used add-on on her? I would think so.
