New Perk Idea
Perk : Strike Down
Description: Survival is sweet but revenge is sweeter. After successfully escaping the killer's grasp, you immediately return to the heathy state (if not broken) and gain a speed boost of 150% of normal speed for 3 second(s). Causes exhaustion for 40/50/60 seconds. Ignores exhaustion (kind of like Adrenaline but can be used multiple times).
Keep in mind Decisive Strike only lasts 60 seconds at most and only is available for use 2 times in the trial for a total of 120 seconds of the game. It is completely avoidable if the killer does not pick up the survivor for a certain period of time. The only time when it can actually be trouble is near open gates but usually Decisive Strike alone can help the survivor escape in that situation.
This perk would work best with Tenacity, Flip-Flop, Unbreakable, Decisive Strike, and Burnout

I think the health state is too strong, and temporary endurance makes more sense anyways.

I like it. It sounds mostly fair except I can't really think of any killer perks off the top of my head that could counter it. Other than that it sound great.

Plus i’d rather not hook someone, look for someone else, hook them, only to find the first guy again and get punished by getting stunned and having to hit them twice now all while they get a speed boost cause I t u n n e l e d.

there are some perks like iron grasp or agitation or mad grip that can counter it

I feel you, maybe reduced it to the endurance effect or maybe just reduce it to one use would be fair enough
