Can we do something about the extremely intrusive "Claim your rewards" notification for those of us who have no rewards to claim?

  On top of that, ever since like...rift loop 12, the GUI keeps coming up at 12 and then jumps to like 23 or whatever I'm on now. I know it's all visual, but ;/
