New Chapter info

Can anybody write down the new information about the new chapter (or link)? I can't find anything and I don't want to watch videos.

    New killer is called The Spirit she can kinda "sprint" without being able to see her, though when she does that she can't see survivors.
    She has a limited time of using it, then it re-gens.
    She is pretty cool.
