Now that the rift is reopened: Can the compendium be used to collect old Tome I rewards?
If the answer is yes then I no longer care for/about the rift. The rewards will always be available to go back and get when the rift reopens for the people who "missed out", and the items have no value if everyone has them.
To Clarify
1. I know you can go back and complete the challenges
2.What I'm asking is can they still go back and collect the blue eye sight charms
3. Question for a dev if possible, will you ever make these Rift items reobtainable later on or available for purchase? Because if so that also ruins it for me, why waste time grinding for something that doesn't actually even matter. It'll always come back.

Yes you can go back and get the eye charms.
You can't go back and get old rift skins though like Blight Nurse. Those will be added to the store one day besides the charms

I think you are mixing up Archives and the Rift.
Regarding Archives/Tome Challenges:
You can still do the Challenges after the Rift closes. You will get the Bloodpoints, the Lore and the Charms for the Archives (the Eye-Things). However, you will not get any Progress for the Rift once it is closed.
Regarding Rift:
Rift Progression can be done for 70 days until it is closed. This contains XPs via Playing and Rift Fragments via Archive Challenges.
So if you want anything from the Archives, you have unlimited time to do so. If you want your Challenges to award Rift Fragments for the Rift, you have 70 Days.

Rift Tome Archive , Whatever, all I know is this guy just said the Rift items could be coming to the store at some point and that completely kills it for me.

I mean, you can get all the Rift Items for 1000 Auric Cells (which you also get back when you complete the Rift). This will be way cheaper than buying them in the store later on.
Its good that they are not exclusive, in my opinion.

Thank you for opening my eyes to this. At first I was a fool and believed maybe the devs were trying to reward us for playing the game religiously but nope. the Rift is just one big sale. That's all it is. a 75% discount disguised as some fun. Well guess what I don't want your big dumb 75% discount I want you to actually fix the game

If you want exclusives you still have the charms...
They don't sell charms so they can't bring them back unless they just stop making new ones and reuse them or something.

What 75% discount? If you level up to 70, basically everything you get ia FREE. You just have to invest into 1000 auric cells a single time to get every rift for free (as long as you level up to 70)
