You already took ruin, you don't need noed
Just cleanse totems. There's literally only ever 5 on the map. They take like 15 seconds to do. Just take the time from sitting on gens to do totems. If you're struggling to do gens because of killer pressure and can't find the time to do totems then it probably won't get to that point anyway. Noed is 100% counterable. Don't know where the totem spawns are? Learn the maps like everyone else.
For reference, I don't ever use noed when I play killer, but I understand why people feel the need to use it lately (especially with green rank killers getting red rank survivors). Most of my experience is with survivor, but I am high rank for both lately. Noed is annoying if we didn't plan ahead, but that is our fault.
Stop complaining and learn to play the game instead of asking for an easy win ffs.

@Frankie if so, it is still frustrating to get on here and see every post complaining about noed and how it's OP, uncounterable, etc. In one post I saw someone complaining about it and mentioned they have *almost* 200 hours. That's not enough to learn the maps and stuff. Just because someone isn't good at something y e t doesn't mean it needs to be lowered to their level so they don't have to put any time and effort into it.

I think NOED was unfair before ruin was nerfed and the ruin/noed combo was cancer af but now i don't mind killers using NOED.

I didn't think it was unbalanced or OP ever since they turned it into a hex perk, before then it was absolutely broken. Ruin always went down instantly anyway.

When a survivor enters the basement and you are further than 40m away you won't receive a notification because that would make things too frustrating for the Meg searching the chest.

To play devils advocate what about the survivors who are now being boosted because they no longer need to learn skillchecks or learn totem spots?

Survivors are like locusts, after they destroyed Ruin they want nerf another key perk agains gen-rushing. What the hell you really want? Gen-rushing without any disturbance??? Easy 4 minutes games with 100% escape rate??? Just shut up and learn to cleanse totems you whining useless kids.

Thats clearly untrue. I checked front page yesterday and out of the top 15 posts, 5 of them were from survivors complaining about NOED. The easiest to counter thing in the game. You can pretty much predict when the killer has it.

They are lazy and spoilt. But most survivors thinks NOED is ok I mean when I play survivor I cleanse totems also, it's not that hard.

It does. Survivors that couldn't be bothered to either learn totem spots to find Ruin or who couldn't be bothered to practice hitting skillchecks are now having a far easier time jumping ranks. I rarely had issues working through Ruin and could finish a solo gen just fine. I'm not some exceptional player either, now with Ruin being removed I can go back to mindlessly holding M1 and flying through a gen with no drawbacks.
Ruin was removed because "survivors found it frustrating to play against", that was literally the reason written in the notes.

None of them are killers whining about a potential nerf. They’re posts from killers explaining why it doesn’t need to be nerfed and then flooded by Survivor Rank 18s saying NoED is OP.
