My guesses are The Outlaw, The Gunslinger, or the Sheriff.
For all of you unaware, the map is called Saloon in the code. As we all know, chapters are called countries (Freddy was England, Stranger Things was Qatar, etc.) however, get this, Oni's map was called Temple in the files... And what did we get? We got a shrine. If we get a Western chapter for DBD, I think I'll cry tears of rootin' tootin' joy.

Edit: plus theres these images from the event that share the chain wall similarities AND the "broken wall" ######### people rant about in game files.
And yes I know that's Trapper. But the similarities are there.

Feeling the chains may from caging up a beast and as beast is already taken/a common name lets go with these.
My favourite would be The Lycanthrope alternative names would be The Wolf/The Wereworlf/The Therianthrope.
Thinking something with a similar character model to the Demi (only hairier) with a ranged Chain attack, or Chains that block off a gen or window, with a charged alt after a certain amount of time that blocks off multiple things.
(Fingers crossed it's actually Chains from the Payday series...)

If it's Pinhead, they're probably going to go with The Cenobite or The Angel.
If it's going to based on a prison theme, it's probably going to focus more on the people in charge of the complex rather than the prisoners themselves. So The Warden or The Guard.
The chains are odd though. It's being dragged across ground and looks like it gets... stuck? The fact that blood is on the opposite end of the direction it moves, makes me think it might be used as weapon.
