I tried searching for how long you get banned for DC first time, second, etc. I didn't manage to find any information. I know there was a thread when the system was introduced but I don't know if that is still in play.

Not enough. I think it's 5, 5, 15, 15, 30, 30.... minutes

I'm curious as well. I've seen another thread saying it goes to an hour after 30 minutes but I don't know if it escalates any further than that.
I'm also not sure how long before the punishments deescalate. Some people have said 24 hours to go down one level but I don't know if any devs/staff have given a precise time yet. :/
