So i recently started playing billy and i dont have any of my killers level 40 except leatherface so which killers should i get the teachables for? I dont have plague,spirit and Myers

BBQ is by far his best perk. Infectious is probably his 2nd best so you do want to get Plague if you want to snowball a game out which happens a lot when survivors are really bad. Whispers, I'm All Ears and enduring are also good choices. Billy doesn't really need any slowdown perks but if you really wanted to use one then Pop is probably your best bet.

Rn my build is enduring,bbq,tinkerer and deerstalker (i slug alllooot). Should i switch one of my perks for knock out? If so which one?
