Lets put this into perspective here. The DC thing does have its purpose. But i've had random game crashes here and there too. WHich if we take look at this. This is clearly a game ENGINE issue. Not a PC issue. Memory dumps happen.

I'd say that I would perhaps lodge a COMPLAINT with the United States Department of Commerce or even the U.S. FTC and consider filing a complaint against UNREAL ENGINE itself. The statement-complaint of " either resolve this or get fined." I would like to see a class action lawsuit go out to UNREAL ENGINE for NOT doing their part and fixing this.

Since we now have a game issue that effects usability of the game. I assume you have paid your fair dues worth of money to play this game and thus a service that should be rendered, Isn't. Especially with defective software. IF they claim that their software IS infact infallible.

Than they should stand by it 100%, since it drastically effects account status. If it CANNOT be ran 100% reliable all of the time and fails to execute such said command codes. Which can lead to account action and penalties. Than it is clear, and evident beyond the reason of a doubt. That the software engine makers should require companies to ADHERE to a standard which meets in the middle.

Okay, we know players leave from time to time. Life happens. But random crashes in inexcusable. I can see this becoming now, a legal case. People can say this is "nonsense". But if someone can file a lawsuit over spilt hot coffee at a famous burger place. They can certainly go AFTER a game engine company. That said. IT just might happen. A nice class Action lawsuit against UNREAL ENGINE.

If this doesn't get resolved in the next 7 to 10 business days. Go ahead and File an FTC complaint, or write a letter/email to Unreal Engine that this must be resolved.
