REMOVE STRUGGLE FROM PS4
ok so basically struggling is amazingly stupid af, but what makes it worse is that on ps4 I've died SO many times I cant even count due to accidentally pressing the playstation button. I just think maybe it should be slower or something, sure keep it engaging but like, it's a little extreme right now.

You don't have to press it too fast you just have to tap it consistently. And I don't know how you managed to press ps button on accident because it is between analog sticks not even close to "x".

Personally, having it changed in some way would be nice, at least for people like me - I have nerve damage in my hands so it can get painful at times. But remove it? I dunno. I kinda like the feel (other than the pain lmao) it gives me when I'm fighting this claw that just wants to stab me or impale me.
Im for a slight change but against removing it. Some people do have worse hands than myself. Perhaps they could have an option in settings so that you can change it from a soft struggle to a normal struggle? Just my thoughts on it. ^-^

I wish they would remove it from PC too, my keys hate it. Just make it automatic and if you want people to have the option to “quit,” then give them the option to hold space for 3 seconds to die

I think he means wiggling out of the killers grasp, it uses the left stick which while rotating it around makes you hit the ps button often, messing up my struggle.
I personally don't see a problem with the struggle on 2nd hook as it's just pressing x

Just change it from the joystick to the D pad, I'm sure my controller would appreciate it

You know you can remap your buttons in "options" right? Assign it to something different. You can even use the ps4 "custom controller assignments" in "accessibility".

It would be nice if they changed it so you automatically struggled, but could hold x and square (to prevent screwing yourself over due to force of habit) to let go

But it is not about having the option to quit , it is about fighting for another chance to stay in the game and escape the trial.
