They are not licensed though which means they will be able to be bought with shards and such eventually so they are "Free" in that sense.

Since all non licensed characters can be bought with iridescent shards now, I would be highly surprised if there were any more free chapters.

I know afew people have mentioned that maybe since the new characters are placed after the free characters on the list instead of at the end of the list... MAYBE it could be a freebee. Personally, I have enough shards saved up so Im good, lol.

Ofc it's not.
Since they made killers/survivors available for purchase with shards they did say (if I remember right) that there won't be any more free chapters.
But who knows , maybe they will surprise us and be generous lol. I wouldn't bet on it though.

It shouldn't. It's a non licensed chapter , and all of them cost the same.
It could be more expensive if there was more than 1 killer and 1 survivor (like with stranger things dlc) , but it's not.
I already am not really sure I will be buying it since the killer isn't even that great , and the survivor perks aren't good either. If it would cost more than they usually are then I prob will just save shards and get them with those.
