Great Killer after Great Killer after Great Killer.
The devs stepped up their game when the Demogorgon was released, a simple power that was straight to the point that seemed bad at first but when explored he showed a lot of depth and strategy, creating one of my favorite killers in the game. The Oni was next creating a fearsome killer that turned into a chase god after gathering a large amount of blood, leaving a balanced killer with strengths and weaknesses. And now, the Deathslinger, I have only played 2 matches with this killer and holy ######### this guy is crazy, it's everything I want in a killer, a basic power that is straight to the point, but when explored shows depth and strategy with major strengths, and major weaknesses. Another KILLER job with this new one devs, Bravo.

The last 3 killers have been underwhelming at best, Oni is awful and Demogorgon was a big letdown. The new guy at least looks supercool, been watching streams and he's pretty weak

I agree! The new killer may seem underwhelming and basic at first, but i think when you get to play him properly he is much more advanced. I like the new killer.

Oni? Awful? He is the killer with the best snowball potential in the game! And Demo is IMO the most fun killer to play and verse.

I'm with you the last killers have been kinda weak honestly. Oni is terrible,Demo is alright but no S tier by any means.

The last great killer in regards of power was The Spirit. From what we are seeing now, Huntress seems to be more powerful than Deathslinger.

All Deathslinger needs is a normal MS. I could see why he's slow considering he's a long range killer but there's already plenty of counter play to ranged attacks. Needs to be 115% in order to be more balanced, otherwise he's pretty much nothing against good survivors.

Fun to verse due to clunky weaknesses. I don't think I've actually lost to a demogorgon

You won't find many that agree on these forums, sadly. It's a cesspool of killer mains that think if the killer can't 4k every game with ease then they're trash tier.
Remember, they constantly complain about DS and BT, two very easy to avoid perks and many call looping an "exploit".

No way oni is "terrible." There is a difference between a killer being terrible and you just not knowing how to play them. A lot of people are bad with nurse that doesn't make her terrible. Anyone that knows how to play oni are very difficult to go against. Oni is a pretty good killer, arguably top 5.

I play at rank 1 and when I refer to a great killer I'm talking about one that is fun to play and has a lot of depth and strategy to them, Strong killers like the Spirit and freddy are a turn off for me, as I can play them and get a 4k every time with ease, I want a killer that take time to learn and offers more to the table. Maybe my opinion is different, but I just like different killers. :D

Demogorgon is fun if not a bit weak-ish.
Haven't played Oni myself. For for some reason very few play him even though I've seen him destroy survivor teams like eggs.
As for Deathslinger, he's very fun to play as. Not sure about how good he is though. I won against a few, lost against a few and I myself won as him a few times.

Exactly, I love killers that have a lot of strategy and add something new to the table, some of my favorite killers in the game are ones that added new ideas around their release, like myers or demo.

GF after the buff, freddy rework and doctor rework. All have been really strong but some people will never be happy.

Nothing has impressed me since the Freddy rework. New killer seems like scuffed Huntress.

Oni bad? You're obviously not well versed in playing him. Oni is like a hillbilly on drugs and has the potential to down an entire team with one hit if they're in the same area for any reason. His tracking is the best in game as I always know where injured survivors are and I don't need to bring nurses calling to figure that out. When you learn to play Oni properly he is hands down the best one hit down killer in the game. There's no contest.

Oni plays like trash on console, outclassed by hillbilly in every way and oni can't even steer. His 10 second cooldown on everything make him pretty lame, easily my most hated killer to play next new nurse

I feel like they're just recycling the old killers and slightly changing mechanics, but changing them in a way that makes the killer weaker. Oni is literally Billy but worse. Deathslinger is literally huntress but worse.

In terms of fun, I agree. Demo, Oni, and Deathslinger are all fun to play against and play as. In terms of power, ehh. All mid tier, Deathslinger maybe high low tier.

He has zero map pressure. At least Legion can move around quickly enough. He looks cool, his power looks cool, his mori looks cool, but lets be honest. He isn't viable in the higher ranks. Again, no map pressure.

The devs have been doing a pretty good job with killers.
Unfortunately, they are still ignoring the core issues with the game.

The Oni is basically The Hillbilly with extra steps. The Deathslinger is The Huntress, with extra steps. I haven't seen nor experienced anything that's really special in regards to him, that I haven't experienced when playing or watching Huntress or even plague for that matter. Hit someone at Window? Can be done with a hatchet. Hit someone at a Pallet? Can be done with a hatchet, and a hatchet would actually injure them. Even hitting someone on a balcony can be done with a hatchet.
Also, before anyone says it, in regards to pulling a survivor away from the exit. They'd have to be pretty stupid to just let you shoot them instead of running out when you're anywhere near.
Anyway, on top of the issues when it comes to chases. He's also a 110% killer with no map pressure. None. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Can't ark his shot over a wall, so long-shots are impossible with him unless they're on the very edge of the map.
I genuinely fail to see how he's anything, but mediocre the way he stands now.

i think it's just possible people haven't gotten him nailed down yet and BHVR is waiting for that before making any balance changes. like i definitely see him getting a couple of small buffs and QoL type things. his only real downside is one a lot of other killers have, a lack of map pressure, but i guess that can be tweaked with perks.

While I love his design I feel as though he doesn't have the tools to pressure generators, he is great in the 1v1 game but is very weak otherwise, while I think movement speed could solve this that could easily make him broken.

Demo is super underrated, Oni was really weak after his nerf, but that was 3 months ago so IDK how he works nowadays, and the new guys needs some tweaks but he could be a good killer.
Design wise they all look amazing, but gameplay wise the killers have gotten weaker and weaker, especially sicne they all have been nerfed week 1 for little too no reason.

I disagree. I think spirit is great. She is different. Her mind games, her power, it is not like any other killer that was out. Oni power and now deathslinger power are not original at all and are just worse versions of powers that are already in the game.
