IS THIS A HACK OR A NATURAL STRUGGLE AGAINST THE NEW KILLER?
look how the david pulls the arpon quick to the sides, then look how meg that was i a corner got pulled over, if meg was david she 100% would get off and stunned the killer but she couldnt, the david got some suspicious escapes this game and i played full day since the ptb was released and havent seen anyone pull the chains like that to the sides.
btw loops like the tree with truck pallet will ######### this killer up surely100% safe spot agains his chain

I believe it's a macro.
They need to put a limit on how fast the struggle can go.

thats pretty normal. I thikn they need to make the chain more durable when being blocked by objects. or give the killer some agency in steering the survivor so the survivor doesnt have full turning control.

this game man, not even a full day and people already destroying the new killer, and people say "wait till released to ask for buff".
btw, i understand using macro for things like struggle nobody likes the struggle mechanic and lots of people want it to be over (to avoid breaking our joysticks and keyboars, because of joints pain and proposital suicide or accidental suicide)

if it is normal why did the maggie struggled so much to complete that corner? it cant be possible that only one survivor knows how to pull properly but i wont doubt you anyway.
survivors bodyblocking the chain is stupid mechanic, swf will abuse this just wait till they get bolder

Agreed. If you want to take a specific survivor they will completely nullify your power at will, making you into a slow killer without any powers. A hag without traps or Huntress without hatchets... really fun.

its like a trapper when he cant put traps down cause someone disarms, a useless m1 killer

It's going through a wall, which makes it snap really quickly.

Or make macro's bannable since it makes survivors life easier lol.

I believe some macros should be allowed. Like, hook struggle macros etc. So no, just limit how fast it can go. They've already done that with the struggle while being carried to a hook.

I disagree, I feel any problem a macro can fix should just be fixed in game. I shouldn't have too use an out of game software just too not get arthritis at 30 lol.

The David did seem to have bizarre amount of resistance to being pulled in. There should be a limit to how much resistance a survivor can put up. I'm okay with the body blocking to save a friend. That's fairly difficult to pull off. From the video the killer didn't look terribly weak but the person playing the killer made a number of strategic mistakes. He took far too many long range speculative shots. He also played a little "too nice" if he intended to win. Like at the end he had a survivor hooked right next to the final gen that needed to be done with like 95% progress on it. He didn't need to hard camp but by running to the other side of the map to chase the bait survivor he might as well have opened the exit gate himself.
I would like to see some small buffs for the killer. Like the killer has an ultra rare add on that makes long range hits give the survivor exposed. That feels like it should be baseline. Reward high risk shots deserve high reward. I would also like to see the base speed to reload increased. Considering the one shot and reload mechanic it feels a little too punishing to miss. Those would be my recommendations.

i think its not the velocity the chain breaks but how he pulls her so easliy to the sides when the others survivors cant

struggling ´phase had a lot of threads on this forum already and its a consensus that it needs to be automatic, i dont want to ######### my joints too

The chain breaks faster when it goes red cuz of it going through an object.
The David does seem to pull to the sides too well though.
