Why do lvl 1 killers fight versus level 20 survivors?
i fail to grasp the fairness when im trying to level up, lets say legion, and he's level 1 with 1 perk, and i have to fight against 4 survivors with all purple perks and great items.
I mean the game is difficult for the killer and only really become manageble properly with perks and add ons, yet im here, having to fight a gen rush game without any real help? no perks no nothing. i have no chase power next to my killer power, no perks to help with intelligence or anything.
Why does the match making system pitch me against such people? If its to make me so frustrated that i barely want to level up new guys, then sure you succeeded. During such battles i feel like i only really succeed somewhat, when THEY mess up massively.
The ball is simply not on my side of the half, when i have 1 yellow perk and they all run 4 purple perks.
Who even designed this match making system

Matchmaking is broken. There's rank 20 killers going against rank 1 survivors as well.

you are correct. i started playing survivor with a friend and sometimes we get pitted against this custom rigged death machine that just rips us apart. Sure i've level'ed claudette to 40 to get her perks but then when i wanted to level David King i got Fingered in the butthole by these purple perk guys with Ruin and everything.
i feel more like i can manage myself playing as survivor though, than as the killer. Being a killer with no perks and being looped and ridiculed is just plain horrible.

Not only that but BHVR made matchmaking go off of ranks, not the perks or levels of the character you're playing.

I really hope this is their priority now, I don't even care about balance at this point..

Yeah we feel your pain. TBH perks help but I’d rather face 4 players at my rank without perks and add ons than my choice of perks and add ons and get a rank rank toxic survivor team.

Well. no one likes a toxic survivor team no matter what.
But then again its like most survivors i play with are always toxic after the game.
But the whole ranking thing just seem really stupid.

Becuz clearly killers rank 20 are playing vs rank 1 SWF comms
