They won't show swf in the lobby, because killers will lobby dodge, which will increase wait times, something they are trying to cut down on.

Definitely not a good idea. The best idea would be to implement voice chat for all, then buff the living crap out of killers to compensate.

Console killers play them all the time. Just give all survivors game chat and killers a buff.
If they dont want to do that. Then I would take extra blood points for my suffering.

The game would be dead without SWF. So that is certainly a good idea for them to implement. What they need to do is buff solo survivors with more information to bring them up closer to the same levels as swf. Then they can buff killers in turn.

I made a post with a similar idea last year. Dev said they didn't want to promote lobby dodging with it. Which, in my mind, shows what a bad idea it was originally. But survivors pay more, so the studio goes where the money is.
I would, however, like it if they showed who was in a party in the post game screen. Give those in a party an emblem. That shouldn't be an issue. At least we know who is boosted by a team and who isn't.

Kindred could be base kit or at least some variation of it could be. An indication when someone who isn't the obsession is being chased. A totem counter. The ability to see if someone is ready to be picked up while in a downed state. Some type of way to see what perks other fellow survivors have. These are a few buffs I could see survivors getting. As this would exclusively help solo players, since SWF has access to all of this knowledge.

I think the problem with just giving survivors game chat is that a lot of survivors are already in their own chats with friends, or just don't want to hear the annoying 10 year old screaming every time the killer comes near. Or they just don't want to talk to strangers if they can help it. It's why a lot of parties at least on psn don't invite the rando to the party chat because they don't know them and they could be someone they don't like.

Oh god, i feel like I already lose a ton of brain cells reading post game chat. Having to hear some of these people on voice would be ugh, I don't even want to think about it.

It's been like that since voice chat was invented in gaming. The important thing is to be able to mute individual people that think everyone wants to hear their god awful music.

Everyone thinks their music taste is great, but there's always someone that doesn't. Like I hate rap with a passion, but there are many people that love it. I love classic rock and 90's country, but there are people that can't stand it.

I take BBQ and Chili even though I know that I would be far better off taking another perk. A loss with that perk is better than a victory without it because of the bloodpoints.
If I can get even more bloodpoints by playing a game where I have to endure constant teabagging, flashlight clicking and death threats at the end of the game then I'm up for it.
They should TRY it. If it doesn't work, increase the bloodpoint gain. If it still doesn't work, just revert it and we go back to how it was.
Anyway I feel really bad when I bring an Ebony Mori because I THINK its SWF and it turns out to be 4 randoms that all coincidentally all picked Claudette.
