Lack Luster Killer Experience
The killer experience is horrible now. I really used to enjoy playing killer, even back in the un-nerfed DS days. But now is seems extremely frustrating to apply pressure to generators. The Hex: Ruin Perk was a great band aid to slow the progression of generators for non high mobility killers but now there’s nothing barr from the Corrupt Intervention Perk and I really struggle to capitalise on those two minutes of blocked gens. Commit to a chase and POP… there goes a gen or two annnnd that’s it…
Now you only have three perks for the rest of the match.
You know there’s a serious problem when the big name streamers are in agreement that the generator speed is problematic. I’ve heard TrU3Ta1ent say this multiple times also Otzdarva states this frequently.

This is known, and it's an even bigger problem now that the devs have said that survivors can have perks to speed up gens, but want to nerf or completely change perks that slow down gens. I'm mostly just waiting to see if anything is done about how bad all of this is, or if the devs are cool with a bunch of people just not getting a chance to play the game before the match is over.

Gen speeds are fine. Ruin didnt have any benefit in high ranks, cause survivors could work through easily or it popped after a minute. So obviously nothing really changed. Gen speeds arent an issue at all cause it all depends on the killer being able to pressure survivors. If gens speed would be an issue noone would be able to 4k. But my Trapper 3/4ks far more regularly than being outplayed by survivors.

Old ruin was a typical placebo effect and was just annoying for new players who couldnt do gens at all this way. Killers tend to rely on crutch, cause they refuse to accept that the powerrole isnt a nobrainer. Thats why it was used that much. There are just too many bad players.
