How about a 112.5% speed killer?
So 110% is slow, but is justified by a strong power.
115% is standard, but is justified by not having a super strong power.
What about a 112.5% for a good but not amazing power? (Possibly Death Slinger)
Maybe a 117.5% for a very weak power? (Legion?)
Thoughts anybody?

Sounds cool in concept but imagine a clown that ends chases quickly ending them much quicker

Except Clown don't end chase quickly but force pallet drop. Clown is a bad killer because of that reason, While his power sound like the most OP anti-loop power in the game it's not the case.

112.5%=28 TR
110%=24 TR

Terror radius and power together, like nurse has insane power (at least used to) so she had 100% speed. Spirit is really strong with phasing so 110%, ditto hag with teleport and huntress with hatchets.
bubba, clown, legion, eh... they need 115.
myers and ghost face are in their own category with stealth and one hit power.

There is one Killer that can have this movement speed, and that Killer is the Hag with one of her addons.

Clown really isn't given enough credit, with proper perks he can be a monster too try and loop, because if he forces you too drop all the pallets early on then you have no defense against him later on.

No, just keep it uniform with 110 and 115. 2.5% MS wouldn't be enough of a buff for Deathslinger anyway imo.

we will never see a killer faster than 115% for a very simple reason: there would be no reason not to play him over bad killers M1 only, like gf or Myers or wraith. Unless they raise every killer speed, it's impossible that they will create a 117,5% killer than still needs two hits to down somebody.

It's a good concept, but bringing more tiers of movement speed in the game just leads to more things to balance, I honestly think Deathslinger deserves 115%, his power is no better then 115 killers imo.

I don't think they want killers to be too unique anymore, they seem to want to streamline them all. Like how The Pig has 28 meter terror radius but changed to the normal 32, Freddy being a basic M1 killer lost his all seeing aura reading, pulling people into the dream to hit them ect., Doctor not having stance switching, not having the passive madness increase while being in his terror radius and all stealth killers having Undetectable when they go into stealth but nerfing T1 Myers from being immune to every tracking perks (spine chill detects him now I think). They seem to want the killers to be more easily understood by new players.
