Event skins news // Q&A
In todays Q&A stream there were 10 pages of questions including the question category "misc" but the DbD team did not pick a single one about the lost event skins. No news about them. Kinda interesting that they mentioned they've already found a way to identify people who lost them back in November and still no news about the restoration.
If anybody has new information, would be great to hear them. Thank you!
Maybe a dev, a community manager or a mod can make this process more transparent. @not_Queen @PatBrutal @Peanits

I'm sure Peanits said that they stumbled into a little problem in another thread asking for the same. Hope you'll get them soon.

Thank you for the info. I am honestly not suprised they did not communicate this. Yes, I really hope they fix it since they are able to restore the items individually.

January 23rd. I lost mine today. Also, i still have 7 legacy prestige items that just vanished back in 2016 and i get no help there at all.. 900 hours of dedication down the drain.

Thats an official statement by Peanits: "We do have a quick update for you: The issue we ran into before has been resolved and we're looking to send those cosmetics out to the people who earned them soon (hopefully within the next couple of days if all goes well)."

Seems like they are still in the process of restoring them. I met some people today who still miss their skins. Maybe you can kindly ask the support team and provide them the info they need.

Thank you for your message.
The team has now finished processing their list of people who should have their event rewards. Unfortunately, if you still have not received any items even after restarting your game after receiving this message, then you were not on this list. Whilst it is possible the team will continue to investigate in case anyone has been missed out, we have not been given any indication as to when (or even if) this will happen.
We can check it again if you were on the team' list, but we must make you aware that we can't restore these items ourselves.
If you'd like us to check, please provide us your Player Cloud ID (you can find this in the "settings" menu in-game).
Thank you very much for your understanding and patience with us.

I did,i sent 2 screenshots with me using these cosmetics,sadly i dont have any with kate's shirt and billy's hammer but i do with huntress mask and david's jacket

I haven't received my cosmetics yet, I hope they fix it :(
