Specifically perks that I can stack with it, but you can also add your own that you think are creative and fun to play with. Every Killer but Billy and Nurse please 💜

    I like to have it on my Piggy, I combine it with Enduring, Spirit Fury and PGTW / BBQ. (Depends on if I want bloodpoints or more slowdown.

    Also on Demogorgon it is brutal, I would suggest STBFL, PGTW, BBQ / Nurse's and M&A.

    Edit: With Demogorgon and Piggy you can save your tokens when you use your power at the obsession, for Piggy it would be her Ambush and for Demo his Shred.

    I have been running a clown build with STBFL with mostly positive results. It's not a build that synergize with another perk, but uses STBFL.

    I know that PWYF synergizes well with STBFL. Basically every time you see your Obsession, you scare them, then leave. Hit that with Rancor, and you got a 3 perk combo that synergizes well with deadly results, though you are missing out on important perks needed in every killers kit (gen regression, pressure, etc).

    Thrilling Tremor / Pop Goes The Weasel / Save The Best For Last / Enduring

    STBFL is great on most non-instadown killers. It shines on killers with secondary attack features like the aforementioned Pig, and especially Demogorgon (my favorite to run it on). That way you can still hit your obsession without losing stacks.

    It’s not a great perk on killers like Billy since you should be going for chainsaw downs instead. It’s also not a great Huntress perk since you’re bread and butter combo should be Hatchet into M1/another Hatchet.

    I don’t like PWYF with it because it encourages ignoring your obsession. I prefer to try eating someone’s DS to change obsessions then go after the original obsessions.

    It probably combos BEST with Infectious Fright in order to build up stacks quickly.
