The thing teams have, and others dont. Simple, few options chat e.g:
Killer is near!
I am beeing chased.
Working on geenie.
Going help.
...and so on. Keyboard ha 10 numbers, so 10 should be just great. Pad can have that too, like in RocketLeaue.
Remember, in case of teams, that communincation already exists.

If you have to type then it would be remotely useless as you always have to ve on the move no matter if you are survivor or killer.
