Do you think it's fair to endure this?
It is really annoying to have to endure these bad times when playing, one tends to think that they can be newbies but no, they are just guys wanting to annoy people.
I was all the game on the ground watching them walk by my side, earn points between them, using me to earn more points and I can not disconnect because they would penalize me to seek a game. Do they find it right?
Start recording to have some evidence and demonstrate how unequal it is to not be able to leave in certain cases. As you can see when I started recording, it was when I resigned that it would not be a normal game and it would only be a waste of time with people bothering me.
* I don't play to record games, just to have fun for a while so the video starts already half of my character's blood.

Did the killer have Knockout? Because that would explain why they never came to save you, they don't know where you are.
After you recovered you should have tried to crawl towards other survivors.
If you feel this is a common problem, start running Unbreakable.

Personally, it just seems as though you got slugged, and unlucky enough for your teammates to prioritize each other over you.
David probably didn't use you for points; he just made the mistake of running away instead of trying to bodyblock for you. In fact, the Pig actually made a smart move to go for you first.
Getting slugged happens; it may be annoying, but it can be countered (not entirely in your scenario, but it's still there).
You probably should've started crawling once you reached a full bar, though.

It's normal, most probably knockout or hex the third seal basically blocks your aura from other survivor until the totem is broken or if you're not withing the radius for your teammates to see you, they won't be able to locate you that's why other survivors running around either trying to locate totem or get within your radius, crawl towards them next time, thats why david only notice you when he is close

I am pretty sure the Killer had Knockout. When David got downed, his Aura was yellow, I think when you are slugged and someone else gets downed, their Aura will be Red. So you only saw them because you were downed, but not because they were downed.
So this means that your teammates were not able to see you.
Regarding David picking you up, he was running away from the Killer, could also have been that he genuinely wanted to help you. That the Pig hits you then is unfortunate.
In general, staying in that one spot is not the smartest idea, because you can at least assume that the Killer has Knockout and try to get to your teammates and not let them run full Map.

Just deal with it. DC penalty is fair and justified for a heavily competitive game like DBD.
