Nothing needs to be done about it. Just do gens if you want to get out asap. If you want more points then open chests and cleanse totems and open gates. You can fill up your evader emblem in other games.

The difference is you literally can't find him the whole game and he doesn't put out a TR. Other killers do so you could farm boldness points by running in front of the killer a bit. AFK wraith is just annoying because you're basically alone in the match.

They can see the other killers and get more points by running around them/blinding them etc. It's hard to spot a cloaked wraith :D

You will most likely not depip vs any other Killer. But vs AFK-Wraith, it is 100% a Depip.
But to be honest, I should not need to run in front of a Killer for minutes to ensure some Points and my Blackpip.

If you really, really, REALLY want to pip against afk wraith, search all the chests and get a flashlight. Then search the entire map til you bump into something that blocks you even if nothing is there.
Shine the flashlight.
Bathe in the terror radius until you are iridescent. Since you did all the gens and never went down you should get 3 iri. Gg ez

when someone records an entire game with a killer being an AFK wraith in a corner and there are multiple reports for said player for doing that, it will get them banned.
of course a single game wont instantly get you banned, as you correctly pointed out: they might have been on the toilet / forgot they were even in queue and doing something else.
its about repetitive behavior.

This reminded me I actually wanted to do a meme game using Myers. You would hide in place wherever you spawn in and you're not allowed to look around. If you're in a really bad spot like facing a wall, you can correct yourself at least.
You would use the perks, Noed, Rancor, Haunted Grounds, and Make your Choice. The idea is you're only allowed to move if you have the exposed effect someone. You can't use perma tier 3 but everything else is allowed.
On Topic, AFK killers suck but at the end of the day, just do gens and move on and report them if you want. Not much else you can do.

Really you all think that's normal. Not surprising the DBD community is toxic if you allow AFK , Hostage situation and Map exploits to be allowed. I never seen any community saying that AFK shouldn't be punished. Even F13 have idle kick.

Probably because the Tome/Rift is so incredibly grindy to complete. I don't blame them. This is definitely my last one for a while, if I ever come back to this game.

I love this idea. Just record footage of an empty tile, send it to support, and say that it proves that the wraith was AFKing.

This is why I play Endgame Wraith sometimes.
Stalk survivors while invisible and watch as they search for you.
When they finish the gens, open the gate and hunt them down with NoED, Blood Warden, Knockout and Deerstalker.
Slug away and hook them at the opportune moment where Blood Warden will trigger and prevent anyone from escaping and enjoy the chorus of screams when the Entity claims them during the Collapse.
Essentially the same outcome, but because they'll be desperate for bloodpoints they'll continue to go for rescues blindly not thinking about the consequences :)
