Howling Grounds items given out?

Haven't played Dbd much last week, went to play as David yesterday and noticed I had the Howling Grounds Red Donkey Jacket unlocked but not the Huntress Wolf/Dog mask from said event. How are the conditions of these two cosmetics being given out? (I do remember playing during Howling Grounds two years ago but I was excited to get the best Huntress mask from then too ;~;)

    They scratched that as they realized it was really bad to give out stuff people actually earned.
