I’ve finally beat all of the challenges. What were your hardest ones and how did you beat them?

Mine: Phase Warrior. I suck at Spirit so what I did was use Insidious, plant people on a hook and wait for the kill when people would come for the rescue. No way in hell I was going to snag people phasing while in a chase!

Also: Hatch an escape: what I did was wait until the killer would close the hatch after everyone was dead (hiding in closets all the while) and while he was distracted guarding the gates I would reopen the hatch with a key.

I know there are a lot more players with the experience to not have to resort to cheap tricks to pass these tests but not all of us have been playing since the beginning.

I have 3 yet to beat, because they are behind 50k bps and I wanna save those for march the 3rd.

Tbh, this time around I didn't have issues with any of them, they all got done pretty fast 🤷‍♂️

Well we’re not all professionals at the game.

The ones that I thought I would never get wound up being fairly simple to accomplish once I thought about the combination of perks I wanted to run. The one that I thought was going to be easy but wound up taking a ridiculously long time was escaping with Jane Romero after stunning the killer. I kept getting stuck with lousy teammates and just generally having bad luck myself. I don’t think that I have ever gone so long without the gates being open. Wound up getting it finally by finding a red map on the ground and locating the hatch after the last sacrifice, lol.

Tome 2 was easier, but maybe that´s because a lot of the challenges this time around were more suited for how matches are played in general. Challenges in Level 3+4 in Tome 1 had horrible design, especially the ones that required you to do some really unorthodox plays that practically never, ever happen when playing in red ranks.

    the david ones.

    my david is level 1.

    enough said xD

for the protection hit one i'd recommend grouping up with a SWF and having an injured guy around the exit gate with you and then take a hit when you are 100% safe next to the dude to get your protection hit and the escape at once.

for the 30 second chase i sadly dont have a trick, so im kinda stuck with it...

The 30 second chase was pretty easy because it doesn’t all have to be in one shot. You can get chased for 15 seconds, get hooked, saved, get chased for 10 seconds, hooked, and then get the last 5 seconds running for the gate. The hardest part is in getting good teammates.

Break 4 Pallets with Spirit Fury in one match. I knew its gonna take a while, because that's 12 dropped pallets, so I farmed with the survivors. I cannot thank my fellow survovirs enough.

Soon as i put the repair 12 generators on I was the first one found and hooked. Spent most of those games running away from the killer. Even after unhooked I swear I had a magnet on

    yeah, you're right with that.

though i think my main problem is the escape part of the whole thing - since my David is level 1, i usually rely on stealth play to be able to make it to the end game, which is quite counteractive to the 30 second chase rule...

No, that’s just 4 pallets. You didn’t actually have to use spirit fury to break the pallets, you just had to have it as one of your perks. A lot of the challenges are like that.

It didn't have to be -with- spirit fury, you just need to break them by any means with the perk equipped. Kicking, chainsaws, demo shred, hopping over them with iri legion (what I did) etc

Lol, really? I didn't think that. I thought I had to proc spirit fury 4 times.

5 gatekeeper and 5 unbroken since they minimum take 5 games each. All the challenges were relatively easy if not grindy for me this time and I didn't have issues with any of them. I was quite surprised actually.
