What changes do you hope were made to the deathslinger

    His movement speed was fine, I was going against Ranks 1 and 4's during the PTB and believe me, his movement speed is fine.

    I wanted his gun to break pallets if you shoot one.

    I hope they removed the ability to shoot a hooked survivor before they regain control of their character.

    He can drag hooked survivors over pallets.

    Reduced survivor control while hooked.

    Increased gun hit box to compensate for dedicated server pings effect on the shots.

    Improvements to his two ultra rares.


    Now he's solid.

    I hope the hitbox was divided into an upper and lower part so the Deathslinger can shoot people and drag them in by the family jewels.

    Maybe pulling a survivor against a dropped pallet breaks the chain and the pallet? So you still suffer a stun but the pallet breaks with the survivor still suffering the effects of the chain.

    But overall, he looks fun

    (I've only seen gameplay, as I play on console)

    I would love the ability to drag survivors over pallets. I saw that kind of happen in one of True's vids (he was on haddonfield and shot the survivor on the pallet. The guy was dragged over to him).

    And maybe less survivor leeway on lateral movement while on the chain.

    Ability to drag survivors over pallets would be a good thing, as everyone has said.

    I'd also want the whole hook thing to be sped up by A LOT (I mean actually reeling in survivors should be much much faster, but it'll still be virtually the same as it was in the PTB). Because right now it's just so slow and boring when you actually get hit by it. It's not fun at all. I'd want it to be sped up so it doesn't break the flow of the game as much and both the killer and survivor can get back to actually running

    More cosmetics on release, cant believe there is not wild west bandit cloth mask face skin thing.

    Other then that, I dont want nerfs or buffs now, nobody should, wait a month after release when people actually at time to test him properly with perks and technics before we start talking about it.

    To me he's in the same spot as the spirit was in her PTB, he definitely needs tweaks. I hate this whole "wait a month" mentality people have when some killers are obviously weak in their test server. Right now I have no reason to pick him over Huntress. Until that changes, he's a garbage killer that people only like because he's a cowboy.

    We already tested things, though. That's how we know that Deathslinger needs buffs.

    I like these idea's, though I would change the second bullet to an Add-on that allows his power to break pallets. It would be too powerful as a base kit ability to just destroy pallets on a whim. Could you imagine if Clown could just destroy pallets with his bottles? Or Huntress could just destroy pallets she throws her hatchet over? I get that the Huntress has flat damage, so in theory pallets don't matter against her, but Deathslinger is supposed to be a unique killer that is harder to play than Huntress.

    Give him a yellow outfit, make him say "Get over here" and he should take his face off and breath fire for his fatality. I mean Mori.

    Honestly I think I'm one of the only people that think he's fine as is. Strong on loops with his ability to 'quick scope', counters windows, most pallets/loops are easy as well unless it's a god/jungle gym pallet where he's forced to break it like every other killer. Honestly, his weakness is getting "gen rushed" but every single killer struggles with that, even nurse/spirit/billy.

    Increased range and chain durability. EDIT: if his chain breaks and he is stunned weapon is automatically reloaded

    make him being able to break pallets while someone is speared.

    Thats all he needs imo, you cant make to many changes at once, it could make him too strong
