Survivor stealing item from chest
For the love of god please remove the possibility of taking an item from behind the chest. It's annoying as hell when another survivor is behind the chest getting ready to yoink it. This shouldn't be possible and so many survivors do it just to be little dicks.

i agree. i ran a loot build and was looting a chest, a david came and just stole the purple flashlight from behind the chest. then he tbagged and ran away. so annoying, i looted the other chests and only got brown toolbox and yellow flashlight after that..

I hate survivors who do this kinda thing. Had it happen a few times to me. I don't mind giving the other survivor the item if they're hovering around the chest I'm opening, I'm all for sharing out the items, but if someone snipes my chest instantly, I may just 'forget' you got hooked later. Hopefully they'll just make it so you auto-equip items if you're empty handed in the future.

You don't have to be behind to steal it,few days ago I somehow climbed on top of the basement chest and stole a pink key from Yui (Don't worry I gave it back to her after)

Just need to pressure chests more. Consider 99ing the chest and then pebble the survivor.

From Luminious - seems appropriate here.

Make the item only able to be picked up by the survivor who finished the chest for like 5 seconds.
Then you can choose to pick it up or leave it for others.
