NOED can be wiped out. Do the bones. I am sick to death of these NOED moaners. There is more to this game than just holding M1 and doing successful 360's.

and im sick of this "do bones" pros. i allready use the perk to show them when a gen is done and clear as much as possible. but mostly all gens are done before i can get all 5. btw doing bones is holding m1 too ;)

Then you did your part and the others failed. There are 4 of you against one killer. Ever since ruin the gens are flying as if that is the only thing you have to do. It's not. Not blaming you but survs that moan about NOED only have themselves to blame.

Noed is a useless perk until ENDGAME. 99 the friggin gens, figure out where the closest door is, COORDINATE with your team where what is, pop the gens, and away you go. Maybe one person goes down. Or, DO TOTEMS! Quit crying about tiny killer perks that BARLEY help them out, that can be completely prevented. I can't tell you how BAD I wish there was a totem I could break to take away your DS or ADRENALINE, but that wouldn't be fair, now would it....

maybe u should ask urself why so many killers felt the need to use ruin or after the ruin nerf noed.
and in my opinion its the devs fault, when they create giant maps and have such a less time to do gens that u ahve to a) pick a "metakiller" and/or use noed to not get genrushed (and tbaged at the exitgates).
in the past i liked to play killer sometimes but now its just frustrating. 1 fault against a decent team and the game is lost.
on the other hand playing survivor isnt as much fun as in the past too, because matches are over so fast and if u get caught in a bad spot in the end u get1hited + 1 hooked... even if u did well the rest of the game

I understand complaining about NoED on certain maps because the spawn of the totems is insane and ######### you more than they help. Once got Lampkin and all the totems except like 1 spawned on/around the street/in a front yard. It was versus a doctor with 3 hexes so he just walked up and down the street zapping and ######### us over with trying to cleanse them

Doing bones is also preventing the exact thing you're complaining about. ;)

That is literally all you have to do to counter NoEd, you do 5 totems around the map which is (I think, I could be wrong) 12-15 seconds 5 times.
Generators take 80 seconds to complete at base, with one survivor, and no perks. You have enough time to run around looking for totems before all generators are done

Out of curiosity where did you get this number, because if it’s based in your games I would argue that I see it around half the time.

I'm this close to levelling up Tapp next purely for NOED. Small game works but on maps like the game and Preschool it can be kind of misleading with where the totem is. I'm only considering doing this because every single survivor game tonight was against a killer with NOED and I wish I was joking but I'm not. Seems like the perk of the week right now...

Guess this smells like another "crutch" removed soon"? And then Pop? And then Corrupt Intervention? And to counter that, toolboxes will be nerfed again to oldschool BNPs like "repair 15% of a gen instantly and the toolbox gets depleted"

Not really. I see an increase in NoED use as a similar thing to Ruin before it's rework. It's something to lean on to compensate for a lack of skill or lack in faith of one's skill.
The difference is that NoED hands you free kills when it's active.

I was unaware that the killer didn't have to do anything when NoED became active and survivors were simply sacrificed instantly.

If they think NOED is bad now wait until Death Slinger and his Totem perk is released. It might just be me but that perk seems like it's a specific punishment hex for early game cleansing. Slap Haunted grounds on that too and maybe thrill of the hunt and you might have a good Hex build. Granted it would be very defensive and reactive.

I've put as much thought into being a comedian as you have into killers deliberately using NoED as an endgame perk rather than it being simply a crutch for bad killers.

I would, but think about it this way...
Every hex perk except for NoED requires 1 totem to be broken in order for it to be disabled.
In order to make sure NoED doesn't activate, 5 dull totems need to be broken.
This is why I think NoED is the best Hex perk.

I also said "lack of FAITH in skill". Before the Ruin rework, I used it because I didn't trust myself. Now I do. My matches go just the same.
Maybe try actually arguing against my points rather than trying to demean me with smartass retorts that don't help anyone.
