Yes its not im sure of it because the same issue may occur with a regular chainsaw hit.

This can happen but its rare unless they just used sprint or balanced landing. Happens 100% of time. So they basically invulnerable to chainsaw during SB and BL.

That looked like you missed to me because meg turns right when your hitting animation begins. Also, I don't see meg going any faster at any point. Sb lasts for only 3 secs, and by the time you used you chainsaw meg had runned for 5 secs. Also you were able to catch up to her around the car by just walking, so no way that was sb.

Its a false saw. He didn't miss. Game thinks he missed.

Yes right she didnt use any exhaustion perk but if she would the same thing would happen in 100% cases. Without exhaustion perks false chainsaw hits happens from time to time just like in the video above. Those false hits happens even more often if you play with no addons to your chainsaw.
