Regressing generators should keep regressing while they are blocked.
That would be cool and that would allow nice combinations with surge, ruin, dead mans switch and thrilling tremors. I honestly dont see a issue bringing this change, it wouldnt be that strong or broken, just a nice interaction that would allow more fun combinations imo.
Since we get the new perk Dead Man's switch this change is even more needed honestly.

I think they already are though..? I’m not 100% sure but i’m pretty sure. It’s why PGTW and TR are a good combo.

I agree. If survivors can have strong influence on gens with Prove Thyself, toolboxes, and just being able to work on gens together, then it would make sense for killers to have strong influence on gens as well.
