Spamming Mori / Mori Loading Bar
What's the reason of having a Mori loading bar? yes maybe you dont want killer to kill someone by mistake when they didnt intend to? I think that should be fixed and once you press the kill Mori is actioned or leave the loading bar but the animation would only begin once the loading bar completed
You can jump to 2:40 for where it begins if you dont want to watch the chase
So is it okay for a player to spam mori? I have posted another discussion recently and It was because of this player, his default build is Insta chain saw and Ebony Mori which is fine by me, what is not fine is how he actions the mori
and every single game am tunneled of the hook to get my Mori Spam then at the end of the video you can see the Nea decided to disconnect and get the penalty instead of having to deal with this behavior that isnt fun
The lovely fact is in Middle East Server we have a very few players so chances are you meet him 5-10 times a day, and its always same, sometimes it will be as much as 5 times in row facing the same killer
I have reported him countless time but it doesnt seem like anyone is really checking reports or they got way too many to be able to check them all, so here we go again

Would Really appreciate if any of the Community Managers/Devs comment here to let us know if that's a ban-able offense or its okay for a player to behave this way and spoil the game for others? at least I would know if I should continue reporting him or just dont bother and move on?

I believe its ok, because killer is taunting survivor as survivor can taunt killer behind pallets. Downed survivor can use Adrenaline, Unbreakable, Dead hard, Hope and other perks to escape. Taunting is ok.
The only thing that is not ok at forums is naming and shaming, so I advice to remove Players ID.

taunting killer by what? tbaging him? is that what you mean by taunting? well there is a major difference in my opinion, if I tbag I dont change the animation in the killer screen!
am not naming or shaming here, am reporting a player for what I believe is ban-able offense
so am gonna leave it here until one of the community managers advise otherwise

New to the game? Yes. You can use flashlight to completely blind killer and make click noises while running near killer. Also, you can point at killer and use other gestures. Why are you pointing at us? Are we a joke to you? :/

From what I heard you can report that, with video proof, in game.
I remember someone getting banned for it for doing it on stream or something.

so if all these pointing clicking blinding bothers you, is it okay to mori spam in return? I think you wont be any different from them! doesnt make it right think to do still

its what I heard also, but seems like my reports are meeting no end! so am posting about it, I actually saw the Mori and Heard the Chainsaw I knew who he was, so I recorded it, and believe me this time It was an easy one, other times he would stay doing that for 2 or 3 minutes
again it doesnt really bother me, I just think the Mori Loading bar Idea is useless and the animation should only start once the loading bar is completed

As long as devs keep the bar, it should be ok. Mori tapping is ok and it shouldnt bother survivors.

well, clearly it does bother the survivors.. nea disconnected and am posting about it? it just funny how you think tbaging and FL Blind is bad while its okay to do what the killer was doing in the video! I think thats a double standard
neither are okay.. however FL Blind is a tech in the game is allowed so you shouldnt punish anyone over it

Leaving survivors on floor to bleed out is ok. Camping hooks and dying survivors is ok, too. Disconnecting, because of bleed out timer is ok. Maybe neither are okay, but, if I would agree with you, I doubt that both would be equally dealt with. Also, it is possible that our opinions do not matter.

Yupe thats possible, anything with a timer is fine by me, but to keep changing my screen into Mori animation and changing music into Mori music and stopping it over and over is a bit annoying and useless

As far as I am aware spamming the mori bar is a reportable offense for something like "taking the game hostage", because by doing it you essentially can pause the bleed out timer indeffiently if you're stubborn enough to stay over them that long.

I don't have enough time to watch the video, my apologies, but I can tell you this about spamming the kill action.
If the killer spams it for a prolong period of time or spams it until you are killed, then it is bannable because it's considered unsportsmanlike behavior.
However, if the killer does it a few times to scare you or show you they have the ability to kill you, then it's not bannable.
I do agree with OP, once you press the kill interaction button, you shouldn't be able to cancel it. 😁

So a killer spamming a mori is bannable because it's considered unsportsmanlike behavior, but survivors doing unsportsmanlike behavior for the whole match is fine. If they are going to ban killers for that then they need to have it for survivors to or they are just telling survivors they can play the game unsportsmanlike as much as they want and its fine?

This is different, the killer can do this with the intention of wasting your time. If you're unlucky, you may get a killer who spams their kill interaction until you die by the EGC.
This can be as long as 5-10 minutes and it's completely unnecessary because the survivor is forced to waste their time for a petty killer.
That's why extended spamming is considered bannable.
Also, what type of unsportsmanlike things do survivors do? 🙂

As far as i know you keep bleeding out even if they spam the mori so how will it last 10 min when the bleed out timer is 4 min, if they do it while ECG is active there is still a time limit and you will die in the end.
I'm pretty sure they changed the bleed out timer to keep counting down due to people mori spamming and lasting like you said 10 miin but correct me if i'm wrong, If i'm right about the bleeding out timer still counting down if a killer stands over someone just to watch them bleed out and die is that bannable?
Everyone is different when it comes to that i.e a killer could have someone follow them around the whole match clicking the flashlight non stop and trying to blind them when they get a chance even when the killer is doing something else just to troll the killer, but i guess that is fine for a killer to have to put up with that for 5-10 min.

I find this behavior to be very unsportsmanlike and should be punishable as such. And the same should be applied to survivors who constantly tbag since there is no other game mechanic it is useful for other than taunting and being just a trash player.

If they changed the bleed-out timer to not get paused, then I apologize for giving misinformation.
I thought it was still like that and the only way you could leave the game was to wait 5-10 minutes or DC (if you can't afford to waste that much time). 😁

In the linked thread with the video one of the devs confirmed that it isn't bannable as bleedout time doesn't pause during the animation anymore.
Who should I trust?

Do you know that devs added the new end game mechanic (the countdown bar) to end survivors unsportsmanlike behavior? Just open the gates, and it will be over. There wont be 5-10 min, because, if killer is taunting 1 survivor all game, other 3 survivors can genrush without any trouble. All generators can be done in under 3 min. Then devs should ban survivors for not doing generators and not taking their free escapes, because killer cant open the gates before all generators are done.
Survivors can hide all game and waste infinite killers time, if they like.
Ok, you can ban all 3 survivors for not allowing killer to open the gates and force you out.
