Can I talk with someone more competent from customer support?
I'm tired of mailing with people who just only responding to me with the same message like from copy paste. It feels like talking with the wall and you can do ######### with this. Is there other way to get a help?

snippiness, on my part, aside- copy&paste, auto-response feeling replies don’t exactly feel great when you’re actually looking for customer support so your frustration is kinda warranted

Jesus Idk why the customer support even exist If I didn't get any help or solutions to solve my problem.
