I like fun killers that give me fun chases.

Huntress, Myers, Pig, Nurse, Wraith, Oni (when he's not being a jerk).

Everyone except Legion, Ghostface and Billy, I cannot stand those 3.

As strange as it sounds, Freddy isn't common in my region and no one plays him.

Someone who currently has every perk for him, yes he gets boring after a while. But that's with any killer if you only play one for so long. However, he is the most balanced in the game as of right now. Playing against him is just hard but relatively enjoyable, depending on the Freddy build.

Hey Legion is my favorite killer. But to answer your question it depends Pallet Freddy I get Bored very easily and just go around throwing all the pallets behind him. I find Snare Freddy way more fun just because of the randomness of the snares.

I don't use Pallet Freddy, so I can't comment there. To me though, he's a more interesting version of Trapper. Both are just basic M1 killers with something that survivors have to avoid on the ground. Freddy has more too him.

Pallet freddy is quite fun though. I love punishing survivors when they t-bag at fake pallet. Feels so satisfied :)

Freddy is the most boring and least skillful killer in the game. The only skillful thing Freddy does is the teleport mind games. Everything else is autopilot.

    1) Spam snares around loops so the survivors is #########. "sKilL"

    2) Run boring stall build that takes no effort to do. Old Freddy had a built in stall mechanic, but it took effort and planning to use to it's full potential. "Forever Freddy" on the other hand is completely brain dead.

People seem to think Freddy gets boring because it's easy to draw out matches way longer than normal. That said, I like him - he's one of my three main killers. I think he has a lot of depth since his rework.

I agree, the new Freddy is pretty boring to me as well.

I really liked him pre rework, his power had a meaning, without it he was pretty weak. The new Freddy feels for me like his power has not much impact. Of course it is powerful don't get me wrong but it doesn't feel rewarding to use. Its more like a passive ability that helps you instead of a power tool that changed something.

That's how I usually play Freddy, and I have so much fun with that.

    Step 1: Unselect Freddy

    Step 2: Select Nurse

    Step 3: Profit

Joking, I play him sometimes and as long as I am playing him it's ok, sometimes boring but playing against definitely feels boring.

I feel like Freddy is extremely fun to play, I don't use dream pallets that much cause I like to snare places for tracking more than shutting loops down. I'm more of a big boy Myres main but Freddy is def my second pick, maybe it's cause I like Freddy as a horror icon (even though it's the reboot Freddy who is just... the worst XD). Just look for fun builds and try to give him another go? As for going against him, any killer can be fun or boring to go against depending on how they play and what build they use. I don't see Freddy's often but when I do I most times than not get my butt handed to me so yeah, but either way I find him enjoyable.

Most boring killer. He has no skill cap, slap bbq and PGTW(every freddy build) into your build and you're good to go

Not sure what you mean, but I assume you´re insinuating he doesn't have any. Well, with a killer who has the ability to put down traps (in two forms) and teleport to other generators, you've got a lot going for you compared to those who only have one thing in their arsenal to play with. That combined with how well he works with obsession perks and the dream world (like Dying Light, for example), or Sloppy Butcher combined with slowdown-addons, I think there's a lot to experiment with.

Freddie is super easy killer to play, and his lunge is massive, yes some of you will say his lunge is equal to others, but nope, he lunge like a myres at tier 3, and how it feels in the game

Hook, Jump, Pop and Repeat, Drop unlimited snares with no cool down or limitation or slow down animation which I find ridiculous

At least he's better then old Freddy. I don't miss the days of putting someone to sleep and waiting 7 seconds before being able to do anything to them.

Fake pallets are boring, if they're using snares I don't think it's that bad to play against him. Playing as Freddy isn't that boring either, he certainly has much more control over survivors than most other killers but it's still completely possible for a decent team to beat you.

The ever-feared noed freddy. He gets the jump on you, goes in for the kill...the your friend finishes the snap snap clap clap.

No. The only killer with a unique lunge is The Shape. All the others are the same.

I will never tire of faking a teleport gen to make survivors run into me.

His kit is fine but seems to be too stacked, and he lost a few things in the conversion. For one the brief immunity mechanic while awake.

Maybe waking up gives you immunity for a few seconds again like it used to? Currently it feels really weak just disabling traps. And it passively draws you back in compared to old Freddy having to tag people so even simply waiting will eventually make them a target again.

His mori is currently still messed up too right? It used to start in the awake world then an invisible Freddy would gut you. Miss invisible Freddy too. Seeing a survivor float off onto a hook was unsettling.

Overall I accept his skills. But I believe that falling asleep is too easy, and getting out of it too limited or punitive, a balance is essential, because the more the survivors sleep, the more Freddy becomes unmanageable.

Personally, I think you have to think of ONE of these nerfs:

    • increase the time before falling asleep automatically.
    • survivors no longer fall asleep when they are hit.
    • add an alarm clock, or have it be located at random and not systematically on the other side of the map.
    • reduce the cooldown reduction of the Dream Projection by sleeping survivor.
