Can we get a bloodpoint refund for Splinters?

For years they cluttered our bloodwebs even if we owned the character, and sometimes were unavoidable. I have literally dozens of them. Now that they are also disabled they are just a testament of the waste of thousands bloodpoints.

Since their price was fixed at 7k, could we get them back for each Splinter we have?

    They didn’t give any bloodpoints for Moon offerings being retired.

    They will never give us bp refund.

    Were they removes from the inventory or just disabled?
