Deathslinger Counter Ideas
What is a good build you guys been thinking of for countering death slinger? I’m sure I’m gonna be coming up against a lot of them tonight and was wondering if people were thinking of some good counters at least based on PTB. See you guys in the fog!

It's more positioning than anything else. He literally can't do anything if there's a pallet between you in most cases. Drop pallets early and force a chain break.

I'd assume same as Huntress, break line of sight and keep objects between you and him. Even if he does hit you you can break out using the objects.

Spine Chill is a must. If he's running M&A he can sneak up on you and snipe you before you even hear his Terror Radius.
Dead Hard is good all around and can dash through harpoons.
Maybe Resilience, considering you are going to be injured and in Deep Wounds a lot of the time.
Urban Evasion to play sneaky and hide from him all around.
Or you could just run the meta DS, Adrenaline, BT, and Dead Hard and destroy him.

Somehow, I have this feeling you don't need anything in particular to counter this killer.

Just find a loop he can’t shoot you at lol. He is 110% and unlike all other 110% killers he has bad anti loop

Yeah I was thinking something like Resilience, Spine Chill, Dead Hard, Adrenaline.

use the litany of second chance perks, hit skill checks while holding a button on a gen, the new sabo tools, or any of the various infinite loops and safe pallets. i wouldn't worry about countering this weak killer.

I’d put him in D tier

hes slow, hes tall, and his power doesn't end chases quickly (in fact it prolongs them). whats good about him? he'll look kind of cool as he gets bullied?
