what are the new survivors perks? i cant seem to find them anywhere, and i havnt bothered checking youtube.

Red Herring: distraction perk, gives a false missed skill check on a generator when conditions have been met;
For the People: insta heal but with extra steps, obsession perk;
Off the Record: Iron Will + Distortion but for a limited time (when unhooked IIRC).
