I would say the black knight or Rabbit from Monty Pythons Holy Grail. That Rabbit was horrifying.

The black knight from Monty Python.
He has no terror radius and is 110% speed. His power is to charge up for an instant down lunge, like Oni's Demon Strike.
Scattered around the map are Sword Stands, which you can interact with to grab a sword. It acts as an item, but doesn't make you drop the item you are carrying. (i.e. dropping it with R/using up its charges gives you your flashlight back)
Well anyways you just mori the Killer and win.

Overall, though, in play he would run faster than other characters, but slower on repairs, or twice as many skill check unless he was with someone with a leadership perk, in which case his repair skills would be normal.

I have actually thought about Bob once as a joke... he's 130%, but 200 rakes that only effect him spawn... they cannot be removed, if it's Ironworks, 27 are guaranteed to spawn in the infinite. Touching one stuns him, of course.

Ex 1: Slippin' Jimmy
You've got a conman's tongue and despite your best efforts to be a good guy, you'll always be a screwup.
Every thirty seconds, tag a hook or gen and make it "invisible" to the killer for one minute. Each time you do, your aura is revealed after the object becomes "visible" again. Up to five objects at one time.
Ex 2: ABQ's Finest
Being a lawyer is about helping people, still, lawyers have the bad reputation for a reason...
Heal survivors 25% slower but after the trial is complete, you and any survivor you healed get a 50% BP bonus.
Ex 3: A "Criminal" Lawyer
Trouble always finds the guy who advertises his ugly mug everywhere.
Whenever a killer picks up a survivor, see the killer's aura for a ten seconds. Once the survivor is hooked, all teammates near the hooked survivor are given no scratchmarks, blood pools, or grunts of pain when near the hooked survivor. The aura of the player is revealed to the Killer for the duration that the survivor is hooked.

Because i don't want to see the most iconic villain from Doctor Who butchered by BHVR. Also the silence has that cool trait where the are not remembered by anyone once you lose visual contact with them. The cyberman might work, but i fear they will be a boring m1 killer.
