Console really needs mouse and keyboard
Especially now that an actual gun has been added I’m tired of console always getting the bad end of the stick it just seems like they don’t care and I’m getting tired of it

Try with 100 sensitivity. Is not mouse of course, but is acceptable.

Its definetly possible on console, the only things that limit Nurse on console are the framerate and the sensitivity, but its definetly possible. What helped me with Nurse is play aggressive as ######### and dont be scared to waste time if you're missing some swings

It really depends on the console? Correct me if i'm wrong, but Xbox at least will not allow a keyboard and mouse input (because it requires 3rd party hardware). The devs already have keyboard and mouse inputs, but you are at the mercy of the console developers.

i'm sure a couple of dev streams ago they said something about improving the sensitivity options for console. If KBM gets added crossplay/cross save needs to be added at the same time because i'd rather play on my more stable PC framerates than a xbox one x that cant render a demogorgon

Nah we don't. A mouse is for someone with little skill. It actually takes work to learn to aim precisely with a controller. Also, as someone else said just turn up the sensitivity for Nurse. My gameplay with her got immensely better once I was able to turn at lightning speed.
Xbox has mouse and keyboard support. Overwatch and other games allow the use of a mouse and keyboard so this is up to bHVR to implement.

Playing this game on console is an exercise in frustration. I'm so glad I switched to PC.
Half the killers are unviable on console + the game is so poorly optimized. I was SHOCKED to see that it was one of the most played games on ps4 in 2019. BHVR really are coasting through with minimal effort.
