Ok im not seeing these 2 mentioned in enough outfit combos so lets show them a little love, I know billys outfits arent the best but still!
Mostly looking for cool outfit combinations for these 2. Inb4 super saiyan hag and ssb hag.

Cabbage Hag and Blue Cabbage Hag are the 2nd and 3rd best outfits in the game just coming behind Elephant Clown.
No opinion on most of Billy's outfits but I do love his beach day one.
I don't really play either of them much so I don't have any cool combos for them. :(
