Hackers in dbd?

Hey, in my last 2 games i played versus a hacker (i think, maybe it's an exploit?). In the first game there was a feng as the last survivor, i chased him and he started sprinting faster than my chainsaw then escaped through hatch, she instantly left after the game ended.

In my second game, i was sluging with billy, 2 people down and one healty ace. I started chasing him and he just casually walked through walls. I was a bit confused, after i hooked a survivor (3 gens left) ace just escaped.. All 4 of them were alive so the hatch wasn't spawned. What's happening? There's some kind of exploit that people are using or just straight hacks?

    Google it. There are plenty of info on how to . And developers refuse to do something against it. Im pretty sure hackers have no fear at all cause they will just get another account and do the same thing again. I posted a thread lately with pointing out to dbd hacks tutorials etc and got warning for naming and shaming.
