Why doesn't For The People charge Second Wind?
I thought this would be a nice combination for low time-investment healing in a match - heal someone else instantly so you can be passively healed when you're next off the hook, but then it turns out Second Wind isn't even charged by FTP anyway. Is this a bug or intended?

For the people uses the active ability to instantly change the health state of one survivor. Second wind requires you to heal the equivalent of one health state. In other words, you have to channel that many heal charges. For the people works outside the healing mechanic, so it doesn't count as healing how many ever charges would be a health state.

Inner Strength works when the broken wears off. It's what I use to get my health back.

Makes sense, thanks! I do wish they'd add a workaround so these perks work together nonetheless.

Pretty sure it's because you don't actually "heal a full health state". You know , the little bar that you have to fill when healing someone.
