There is no point in buying the Ash vs Evil Dead dlc, change my mind
Ash’s three perks are by far the most useless in game, the devs should really consider looking into his perks. Unless you like him as a character then yeah, you will most likely buy him.

breakdown and alert> buckle up
any good perk>mettle of man
I literally forgot ash even existed in the game until I saw 2 in a match, so please devs look into his perks :)

They got all the money they needed when they made MoM one of the most ridiculously overpowered perks in the game on that DLC's release. Now that the DLC is old, nerfing that ridiculous perk that seemingly was intentionally made more powerful than the old Decisive Strike doesn't hit their wallets.

Yeah, I’ll be honest, I bought him for the OP perk and felt very slighted that they nerfed it. To be honest my Ash lvl 35. I was so close to experimenting with the perk that was ruining my killer fun, but then poof, I wasted my money.

Sure, because perks are the only reason people buy DLC's.
In fact, there are people who buy the DLC because they are a fan of the cosmetic or the character especially if licensed. The perks have nothing to do with the purchase.

Fan of the Evil Dead series? Buy Ash, Want a complete set of perks and survivors, Buy Ash. Like The Design of Ash? Buy Ash.
If your buying solely for perks than don't waste your time and buy them in the Shrine when they pop up. It's people who buy DLC for perks who end up complaining the loudest when a busted perk gets nerfed.

I bought it as I like Ash. The character is what sold it for me.
His perks are meh but anyone who had played DBD before he was released should have known MoM would receive a nerf.

I mean they pulled a successful bait-and-switch on their consumers. Their objective to swindle people into buying the DLC worked. I don't think they are going to change the perks in any way that makes them remotely strong. They got their money, and that was the only intention.

Although I don't think I use any Ash perks, even on Ash. The only one I found somewhat useful is Flippity Flop but I stopped using it after I got hooked anyway when he slugged me, I fully recovered (up to the point where you need another player), and then got hooked anyway because 50% is not enough wiggle in many places.

Ash is my survivor main along with Ace, I love MoM because its a really interesting perk that rewards ballsy playstyles.

Only reason to buy him is if you want to hear "LOOK WHO'S SHITTIN' IN THE TALL GRASS", "HUH WHAT'S THIS PLACE?", or "UGH, WHAT NOW?" while you play lobby simulator.

Ashley is the only survivor who is'nt just a skin, because he has voicelines and they are from Bruce Campbell himself. He is unique.
