What do you guys think of predator hunting grounds compared to dbd?
Honestly i think its pretty fun the predators actually scary and fairly strong. (Ive played up to 20 matches as the predator). Also its pretty easy to get the fireteam when they have multiple objectives to do like shooting the enemies i can just drop and take them out. Honestly ill still obviously play dbd but predator is a pretty cool game as well. (Its also crossplay) also like f13 basically the kills are basekit so thats another advantage. Whats your guys's thoughts? (Also before people freak out im not saying "Oh this game will kill dbd" im saying what do you guys think about it in comparison).

From what I've seen, I'm kinda confused by it. Also, the only times I've seen Predator lose were when the person playing Predator were very deliberately playing recklessly. I wish there was a video that actually better explained what was going on.

I downloaded the trail and got one game, as a soldier. Looked pretty good, but I honestly didn't know what the hell was going on.
Been trying to get my remaining WWE 2K20 trophies...

Idk the marines job either i know its to kill the terrorists i think and build a radio then get to a chopper. So literally when they are fighting the terrorists i just drop down and start killing.

I really enjoyed it, but I only played one game as Pred. Tbh, this feels more fun to me to be the ‘survivor’ aka Fire team. The fear is a lil more real since the ‘killer’ has so many abilities and is so much stronger 1v1. I never felt I needed real back up in a shooter. Also, as you mentioned, the variety of objectives. For the 40 buck standard edition and the amount of content I saw, I feel Ill enjoy and get my money’s worth.
Wish it was out now.
Compared to DbD? I feel the diverse killer cast and variety of killer play styles will trump what the Predator can offer. Killer side I think I’ll continue to enjoy playing DbD but when I want to play Survivor side, hands downs I’ll go with Hunting Grounds.
Don’t get me wrong though, Hunting grounds still has a lot of issues it needs to work out but I’m not a stickler for these types of games. Obviously because Ibplay broken ass DbD still lolz.

it looks like a low quality game tbh

From what I've seen the game is very difficult to understand, considering this relies on a single franchise instead of a collaboration and is also locked to the epic games store and PS4, there is no competition what so ever, no matter how much epic pays a company there is no denying that you are losing a MASSIVE player base on steam. In my opinion from what I've seen and heard the game isn't gonna last much longer than F13 did.

I still have to look into it. I don't have a lot to play so i have to chose wisely. One thing that could make me get it is if there's a small grind (still haven't checked the progression), because one thing in dbd that has taken the toll on me is the grind, it's just out of this world

Reminds me of Evolve.
Personally don't really care about it. Tried watching some gameplay on twitch and got bored after 5 minutes. Not gonna waste time on it.
Good luck to those who will play it.

Not gonna waste time on it like I did friday. I rather play last year due to it reminding me of left 4 dead and dbd.

I was interested in it before the demo, but the performance on PS4 is shocking, matchmaking is pretty bad and the controls and gameplay feel like a game from 10 years ago. I won’t be buying it unless it gets some pretty significant updates.
